Kratom

Kratom is a tropical plant (Mitragyna speciosa) native mainly to Southeast Asia. It is used for its psychoactive and medicinal effects. The leaves of Kratom contain several active compounds, including mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine, which can have sedative, stimulant and analgesic effects. Kratom is often consumed in powder or capsule form and sometimes drunk as a tea.
